Karine Vanasse is an French-Canadian actress, and the daughter of Conrad Vanasse and Renée Gamache, who was her manager at the beginning of her career. She plays the role of Colette in Pan Am.
In 1998 she was approached by Motion International to co-host a Canadian children show, where she was spotted by producer Lorraine Richard and director Léa Pool to play the role of Hanna in her first big break Emporte-moi'. Afterwards, she played in several Canadian series.
